The Quest Begins …
In 2006, a bold quest began for the most powerful functional food blend available on the market. Led by Fountain of Life™, Inc. (FoL) Founder and CEO, Mark MacCloskey, the quest began after he personally experienced the benefits of a beverage containing active superfoods.
The beverage featured a blend of the acai, the world’s most powerful superfood and several other exotic fruits. A devout health nut, Mark recognized there was something to this new trend of superfoods and the positive effect these ingredients offered to those seeking longevity and vitality.
FoL carefully evaluated the opportunities for sharing a unique blend of superfoods with the World. FoL quickly realized there was a glaring difference in what has been portrayed as a “pure” beverage and what is truly possible. By speaking with scientists, nutritionists and health food experts, they learned that there is room in the marketplace for a better, more pristine beverage. FoL created an organic, completely preservative free Superblend of Superfoods, VANU.
