V_AN_U– Essence of the Amazon

V_AN_U is the super star of the FoL family of products. It was through the conception of V_AN_U that Fountain of Life™, the company was born.

V_AN_U is a product unlike anything on the market today because of the purity of its ingredients and the meticulous and loving way in which it is produced.

With so many açai and superfood products available, what makes V_AN_U so special?  V_AN_U an organic and preservative free pristine blend, this is an important distinguishing factor.  Additionally, our exclusive relationship with our Brazilian partners also sets us apart. FoL has been fortunate enough to partner with one of the key organizations responsible for the formation of co-ops for açai in the Amazon region. This relationship ensures the açai used in V_AN_U is of the highest quality available.

Most companies purchasing açai, do not have direct contact with the Brazilian local co-ops that harvest the berries.  Therefore, in most cases, the açai can sit in barrels at these co-ops for several days before anything is done with them. Once picked, the berry maintains its quality/efficacy for 18 hours before it starts to deteriorate. The key is to process the berries as soon as they are harvested. FoL applies an extreme amount of attention to the picking and processing of the berries within a high efficacy time frame. Our freezing process is done from the inside out and locks in the efficacy of the berry.

The Fountain of Life production manager follows similar steps in the processing of our other ingredients. Our approach to formulating V_AN_U starts long before the beverage is blended. The extra effort is worth it in the eyes of FoL, because this process ensures that V_AN_U contains only the highest quality, organically harvested ingredients.

V_AN_U contains no natural or un-natural preservatives and we are proud to note that our products are free from sodium benzoate and synthetic ascorbic acid.  The pure ingredients listed on the V_AN_U label are the only ingredients in the pristine blend.
